Author Paula I. Carr to speak at CBCF’s Annual Author Symposium

(Sept 14, 2017 Washington, D.C.)– On September 21 and 23, Paula I. Carr, creator of the “Hey, Honey!” series of children’s books, will be an exhibiting author and participate in a panel discussion. She hopes you can come by and talk about children’s books, dogs or anything you like!
