(December 9, 2017 Washington, D.C.)–Like a scene right out of “Hey,  Honey: I Love Snow,” a light snowfall came down on Washington D.C. as enthusiastic crowds turned out to attend the Takoma Book Fair, hosted by Busboys & Poets. Children’s picture book author Paula I. Carr was on hand to greet her fans, share stories about her pet bulldog Honey and hand out stickers and sign copies of her five books. It was a very festive day that was an ideal event to lead into the gift-giving holiday season!
